Privacy & Terms

What we collect

When you book a pickup we collect your name, phone number, email, address, pickup and return times, your laundry choices (like service, detergent and preferences), order notes, and your messages with us. If you make a member account, we also keep your saved address, preferences and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password. We never store your password itself.

We use this only to pick up, clean and deliver your laundry, to take payment, to keep your account working, and to contact you about your orders.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe on their secure checkout page. Your full card number goes to Stripe, not to us. We only see that a payment went through, the amount and the last details Stripe shares with businesses. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Emails

We email you a receipt when you book, password reset links you ask for, and order updates if you don't get our texts. We don't send marketing emails.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in to your account (and one for our staff page). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Address suggestions

While you type your address on the order form, what you type is sent to an address-lookup service (OpenStreetMap data via Photon) to suggest matches. Nothing else about you is sent.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services we need to run your order, like our payment processor and our text message provider, and only for that purpose.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Text message terms

• Program: Everett Laundry & Cleaners order updates.
• What we send: texts about your laundry orders: when we're on the way, when we've picked up and weighed your laundry, your invoice and remaining balance, each cleaning stage (sorting, washing, drying, folding, packaging), and when it's out for delivery and delivered. We may also reply when you text us.
• How you sign up: by checking the text-updates box when you book a pickup on our website, or when you create a member account. Agreeing isn't required to place an order.
• How often: message frequency varies, usually about 8–10 texts per order.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time. We'll send one text confirming you're unsubscribed, then no more. Reply START to sign up again.
• For help: reply HELP, or call us at (425) 304-0749.
• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep order records so we can answer questions about past orders and for our business records. You can delete your member account any time from My account. That removes your login, saved address and preferences. To ask us to remove your past order records too, call or visit the shop.

Order terms

• Pickup & delivery fee: paid when you book (or at pickup if card payments aren't available). If you cancel before we're on the way, the fee is refunded.
• Your laundry balance: we weigh your laundry at the shop and charge per pound for the service you chose, with a 12 lb minimum. We deliver once the balance is paid.
• First-order discount: 10% off the laundry (not the fee) on your first order if it's 20 lb or more, one per customer.
• Same-day: same-day return times depend on a pickup at least 3 hours earlier. We'll let you know if anything delays your order.
• Please check pockets and let us know about delicate items, stains or allergies in your notes or preferences.
